Benjamin Edgar for Vans Vault. An exaggeration of the two fundamental elements that have made a pair of Vans what they are since 1966: canvas and vulcanized rubber.
The Half Cab edit removes all padding on the upper while all toe box, medial, lateral, and back panels have been replaced knurled vulcanized rubber. The end result is an instantly recognizable Vans silhouette while being entirely new in its construction.
